What levels of Property Management do we offer?
Fully Managed
Let us take all the stress out of renting your property with our fully managed service! We find your tenants for you, complete all the paperwork, collect the rent on your behalf and handle all tenant queries and maintenance issues for the entire Tenancy. We can also assist and advise on end of Tenancy cleans. This option takes all the hassle out of letting your house from start to finish and gives you peace of mind that your property is being well looked after.
Rent Collection
With this service, we find your tenants for you, complete all the paperwork, and then collect the rent. This service is perfect for Landlords who still like to be partially involved, sorting maintenance issues themselves and meeting their tenants to sign out keys. We ensure your income is collected promptly and without delay every time and if there are any issues with payments, we pursue the Guarantors on your behalf.
Let Only
Don’t know where to begin with letting your house but want to manage it yourself? With our Let Only service, we market your property, find your tenants, and complete all the paperwork (including securing Guarantors.) We just collect the first month’s rent as our Fee and after that you are given free rein to manage the property how you want to. We are also always on hand to offer any advice or answer any queries you may have throughout their Tenancy.
