DIRECTOR
Having been a student landlord for 32 years, Tim has a wealth of knowledge in the student letting market in Chester. What he loves about the job is that no two days are the same and sorting problems out quickly and efficiently. Tim works tirelessly behind the scenes so that our students have a great experience in Chester and can live happily in an Abbey house.
Loves: Liverpool Football Club, golf and family life
Hates: Waiting in queues, liver and kidney pies & snakes
ALISON
DIRECTOR
Alison worked for many years in Local Government inspecting student houses for compliance with Housing Legislation. Herself and Tim set up Abbey Rentals in 1999 and vowed to provide good quality student accommodation at affordable pricing in Chester. What she loves about the job is seeing the reaction of students after a property refurb and working with the fabulous Abbey team.
Loves: BBQ's on the beach, Cosmopolitan cocktails & going to music concerts
Hates: Liquorice all sorts, rainy days and traffic jams on a hot day
GWENAN
OFFICE MANAGER
Gwenan is our resident blogger and handles the day to day running of our non-student properties. She also conducts property viewings and is the personal assistant to the Company Directors, a true Jack of all trades and a friendly face in the office!
Loves: Watching rugby, travelling & spending time with family
Hates: Rude people, scary films & aeroplane food
